Notes: When creating a new category you can optionally define a category code (as used in a formal billing or project management system). The hourly rate can be defined and the category can be set to be hidden from various areas of the program to improve category selection by hiding unwanted items. Automatic hiding can assist by automatically hiding completed projects or tasks.
