1. Select Help, Email Support from the menu in Complete Time Tracking.
(This is preferred over creating a new email directly in your email program as Complete Time Tracking will automatically include program and Windows version details to assist us in diagnosing the problem)
OR
2. Send an email directly to support@complete-time-tracking.com containing the following information.
- The program version number and database version number displayed on the Help, About window from the main menu.
- Which version of the Windows operating system that you are using (Standard and Professional editions), or which distribution and version of Linux and Wine that you are using (Professional client software only).
- The symptoms (including a screenshot if possible - that always helps).
- What function you were performing at the time that the error occurred.
- Your name.
