When creating a new user (staff member) you define the person’s name (for display in reports and when viewing time entries) as well as a login user name and password. Optional cost/labor hourly rates and charge/billing hourly rates can be set as well as custom free text tags to group users by department, employment type, role and so on for grouping of their time entries in reports. Security actions define the system features the user is permitted to access.
