When Will I Receive My License Key?
Online purchases: The license key is emailed to you by our automated payment processing system when your payment is received. This is usually immediate when paying online by credit card. Please allow up to 4 business days if paying by PayPal while PayPal clears the funds and forwards them to us.
Purchase orders: The license key will be emailed or faxed to the person nominated in the purchase order when the purchase order is manually processed. Please allow up to 2 business days from the time that the purchase order is sent to us.
I've Lost My License Key!
Search your email history for “Complete Time Tracking” in the subject. If you don’t have access to your email or cannot find the email from us then please contact us with as many details about your order as possible such as your name, company name, the order number, email address used, phone number, address, approximate date purchased, etc. We will search our order system and email the license key to you. We recommend saving the email or printing it out in case you need it in the future.
I Want To Purchase An Upgrade But Don't Know My Previous Order Number!
Search your email history for “Complete Time Tracking” in the subject. What is Your Refund Policy?
We offer a 30-day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase just contact us within 30 days of your purchase requesting a refund. Please provide your order number or other identifying information so that we can process your refund promptly.
What is Your Upgrade Policy?
Upgrading is totally optional. We provide support for the current and all previous versions.
Free Minor Updates
All minor version updates are free. e.g. Version 3.0 to version 3.99. Simply download and install the new version.
Major Version Upgrades
Upgrade purchases are required between major versions at a discount of approximately 60%. For example, if you purchased version 2.x you must purchase an upgrade license for each user to upgrade to version 3.x with the exception of Purchase Protection (see below). Upgrading is totally optional.
Any previous version can be upgraded to the latest version for the one upgrade fee. For example, upgrading from version 1.x to version 3.x requires only one upgrade license to be purchased per user.
All orders come with Purchase Protection. Purchases for new licenses and purchases for upgrade licenses within 3 months of the next major version release will be upgraded for free. For example, if you purchase on 1st July 2012 and we release a new major version on or before 1st October 2012 you will be upgraded for free.

Ordering is performed securely through Digital River, Inc. Payment methods accepted:

Prices will be converted to and displayed in your local currency during the order process. In addition to online orders there are toll free phone & fax numbers available in 16 countries.
Do You Accept Purchase Orders?
Yes. You can send us a purchase order by email, fax or mail. We will then issue license keys and an invoice for payment by bank wire transfer only with terms strictly net 30 days. A processing fee of US$15 applies to all purchase orders under US$500. Payment details are provided with the invoice. Please allow 2 business days for processing.

- The quantity of of licenses or add-on packs that you are purchasing (one license is required per person)
- Your company name and a contact name
- Your billing address and a contact email address or fax number. The invoice (in PDF format) and license keys will be sent to the contact email address or faxed to the number supplied
