New Customers

1. Determine which edition of Complete Time Tracking that you need.
2. Determine the number of people that need to use Complete Time Tracking. This is the number of user licenses that you need to purchase. Volume discounts are automatically calculated (the per-license cost decreases as the number of licenses increases).
3. Enter the number of people in the Enter Quantities column next to New User Licenses in either the Standard or Professional edition section.

Existing Customers

Additional Users

1. Determine the number of additional licenses that need. This is the number of people that need to use Complete Time Tracking less the number of user licenses that you have previously purchased.
2. Enter the quantities of Add-On License Packs or New User Licenses to total the number of additional licenses that you need for the appropriate edition of Complete Time Tracking. For example, if you previously purchased 20 licenses and need an additional 12 licenses you should purchase 1 x +10 User Add-On License Pack and 2 x New User Licenses. This will be less expensive than 12 x New User Licenses as the add-on packs are at a discounted rate to take into account your previous license purchases (see Special Conditions below).

Upgrading To Version 3

1. Determine the number of licenses that you currently have.
2. Enter the quantity on the Version 3 Upgrade User License line for the appropriate edition of Complete Time Tracking. If you need to purchase additional licenses you should also select the appropriate add-on packs or new user licenses to make up the total number.
3. Click the Click Here to Buy button.

Upgrading From the Standard to Professional Edition

1. Determine the number of licenses that you currently have.
2. Enter the quantity on the Upgrade Std to Pro Edition User License line in the Complete Time Tracking Professional Edition section. If you need to purchase additional licenses you should also select the appropriate add-on packs or new user licenses to make up the total number.
