Preferred: Select Email Support from the Help menu in Complete Time Tracking Standard. This will open a new email in your default email application with the To, Subject and a template Body pre-filled. This will automatically include details about the edition and version of Complete Time Tracking and the version of Windows that you are using in the body of the email.

As we are located on the east coast of Australia and our customers are located throughout the world it is sometimes difficult to call at a suitable time and therefore email is the preferred method of contact.
