To use Complete Time Tracking Pro, an administrator or authorized user must create a user login account for you and provide you with the following login details.

 

Server
User Name (login name)
Password

 

The server is the computer that stores the time tracking database where your time is recorded.

The user name is your login name set by the administrator of Complete Time Tracking.

The password is your Complete Time Tracking password set by the administrator.

 

HOW-TO

Logging In

1.Start Complete Time Tracking Pro by selecting Complete Time Tracking Pro from the start menu or program shortcut.
2.The Login window will appear.

3.Enter your server details. Once logged in the server name is displayed in the programs About box, accessible from the Help, About menu item.
4.Enter your user name.
5.Enter your password.

 

HOW-TO

Logging Off

You can log off by selecting Log Off from the File menu in Complete Time Tracking. Selecting Log Off will take you back to the Login window (where you can log in again at a later time). Alternatively you can exit Complete Time Tracking entirely by either selecting Exit from the File menu or by closing the main Complete Time Tracking window.

 

Note: The password is case sensitive.

Important: It is recommend that you change your password at first login and periodically.                

 

Once logged in the server that you are connected to is displayed in the About dialog which can be displayed by selecting About from the Help menu.
