You can set the user security actions for a new or existing user from the Add or Modify User window.
The Security Actions are displayed in an area in the right of the User Configuration window.

Configure Security Actions
| 1. | In the list of security actions check the actions the user should have access to and uncheck the actions that the user should not have access to. By default a new user will have access to particular actions (see the Security Actions Overview), however these can be changed. |
| 2. | Select OK when you have finished setting the users security actions. |
| 3. | To save all changes to user configuration select the OK button on the main User Configuration window. The modified security actions will take effect at next login by the users. |
Note:
| • | Only users with security access to Modify User Security Actions or Add Users will have access to this functionality. |
| • | The system administrator user has access to all security actions and these security actions cannot be changed. |
